ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Initial Order Minimum:  $250

Re-order Minimum MINIMUM:  $250

To place an order, please email us as cs@millcitymercantile.com. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex), CashApp or PayPal.

All of our candles are made to order, therefore all orders are produced once payment has been received.

LEAD TIME AND INVOICING

All wholesale orders will ship within 3-4 weeks once payment has been received.  If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 3 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free US Shipping for orders $500 and over. We ship via UPS or Fedex Ground.

Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. 

MILL CITY MERCANTILE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

We ship most international orders via UPS Worldwide or Fedex International. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs, duties and fees. 

MILL CITY MERCANTILE has no control over delivery delays due to customs.

You may also pick up your order at our studio. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

LATE FEES

Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to MILL CITY MERCANTILE within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
